This policy explains how Kulcha Express Global Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (kulchaexpress.co.uk) and our online ordering platform (order.kulchaexpress.co.uk). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage. We group these into necessary, analytics, and marketing. Analytics and marketing technologies are used only with your consent.
3. Your choices
Analytics and marketing technologies are off until you opt in through our consent banner. You can choose each category separately and change your choices at any time:
Your choice is remembered on a cookie shared across our marketing site and ordering platform, so you only need to decide once. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though necessary cookies are required for ordering and sign-in.

5. Analytics cookies (consent required)
Set only after you opt in. We use two analytics providers:
- PostHog (EU region) for product analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it. Form inputs are masked, and card details are never captured. Identified customers are linked only by an internal account ID, never by email or name.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for aggregate traffic and audience statistics. This data is not used for advertising or ad personalisation. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. Google may process this data in the United States under UK Standard Contractual Clauses (see our Privacy Policy, sections 4 and 7).
